Defining Leadership as a First-Time CEO

Last week, Zoetis CEO Kristin Peck was featured on the Leadership Reimagined podcast with Janice Ellig, CEO and founder of Ellig Group. In the podcast, Kristin reflected on her first year as CEO, including how the global pandemic helped define her leadership style and lessons she has learned along the way. Kristin discussed the importance of compassionate leadership and credited the entire organization for its dedication to living the Zoetis Core Beliefs. “When our employees can be their expanded selves, challenge ideas, innovate and not just show up [at work], but strive…there is very little, in my view, that a company cannot achieve, she said.
