1. Scope and Applicability

This Accessibility Statement applies to the products and services provided by Zoetis that fall within the scope of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the EAA) and covers content published under the domain: zoetis.com.

2. Legal Compliance

Pursuant to the requirements of the European Accessibility Act and its implementing regulations, Zoetis hereby declares that it endeavors to ensure accessibility in accordance with EN 301 549 (v3.2.1) and WCAG 2.1 Level AA. These measures align with the legal obligations set by Directive (EU) 2019/882 as in force since 28 June 2025.

3. Conformity Status

The website has been assessed for conformity with EAA requirements. The service provider hereby declares partial conformity. Specific non‑conformities, detailed in section 5 below, are acknowledged.

4. Methodology

This statement is based on an accessibility audit conducted on April 28th, 2025, utilizing a combination of automated testing (Screaming Frog software), manual expert review, and sampling of representative content, in accordance with Annex V of the EAA.

5. Non-accessible content

Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of the European Union website, we are aware of some limitations, which we are working to fix. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions. Please contact us if you encounter an issue not listed below.

Known limitations for the Zoetis corporate website:

  1. Alternative text for images: Some images do not have alt text. We plan to add this alt text by the end of December 2025.
  2. Links needing discernible text: We use icons for some links and buttons. Some of these require descriptive text for screen reading technology, to indicate where the link will take you. We plan to add this text by the end of December 2025.
  3. Color contrast: Some of our links, buttons and text require changes to meet color contrast and text size accessibility guidelines. We plan to make these changes by the end of December 2025.
