CNBC 2024 Changemakers List

CNBC has issued its first ever Changemakers List – and Zoetis CEO Kristin Peck was included in the list of 50 standout female leaders from companies and philanthropic organizations who are leaving an indelible mark on the business world.
As CEO of Zoetis, Kristin has inspired many innovations demonstrating Zoetis’ purpose to nurture the world and humankind – most notably the company’s first-ever injectable monoclonal antibody therapies for the control of osteoarthritis (OA) pain in dogs and cats.
Kristin believes that Zoetis’ ability to understand and meet customer needs has been dramatically different and lies within the company’s culture “where everyone feels included and can be their full selves.”
