Douglas E. Giordanohas served as a member of our board since July 2012 and as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Business Development for Pfizer since June 2010. Mr. Giordano joined Pfizer in 1991 and held various positions in finance, manufacturing, operations and business development, including Vice President, Worldwide Business Development; and Vice President, U.S. Planning and Business Development.
